真空加热炉的核心是将锅筒内的热水介质加热汽化产生蒸气,蒸气与低于其饱和温度的盘管壁面相接触时,就会释放汽化潜热凝结成液滴而依附在壁面上。液滴聚结后再回到锅筒内的液相中,如此循环往复,气、液两相交替转换,从而完成能量的转移和转换。液体相变换热的主要特点是液体温度基本保持不变,并在相对较小的温差下,达到较高强度的放热和吸热的目的。真空加热炉壳体是在微负压状态下下运行,安全可靠,壳体在完全密闭状态下运行不需要补水。
The core of the vacuum heating furnace is to heat and vaporize the hot
water medium in the drum to produce steam. When the steam contacts with
the wall of the coil below its saturation temperature, it will release
the latent heat of vaporization and condense into liquid drops and
attach to the wall. After the droplets coalesce, they return to the
liquid phase in the drum. In this way, the two phases of gas and liquid
alternate, thus completing the energy transfer and conversion. The main
characteristic of liquid phase change heat transfer is that the liquid
temperature is basically unchanged, and under a relatively small
temperature difference, the purpose of high-intensity heat release and
absorption is achieved. The shell of vacuum heating furnace runs under
the condition of micro negative pressure, which is safe and reliable.
The shell does not need water supplement when it runs under the
completely closed state.
